Balcony design — Santorini

A Bengaluru balcony turned into a Greek-island retreat: a jacuzzi set against hand-patterned blue tile, a mosaic blossom tree running floor to ceiling, and white timber seating dressed in indigo weaves.

Cabinetry planned around how you actually cook and store, with hardware chosen to last the decade.

Turnkey civil & execution

Demolition, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing and painting run by our own site team on a fixed schedule.

Styling, lighting & art

The last ten percent — lamps, rugs, textiles and art curation that make the rooms feel finished and yours.

How a project runs

Four stages,
no grey areas.

Typical timelines run 10–16 weeks depending on scope. You get a dated schedule before any work begins.

Consult & measure

We visit the site, listen to how you live, take measurements and agree a budget band.

Design & 3D views

Layouts, material boards and photoreal 3D views, revised with you until the plan is right.

Production & site

Factory cabinetry and on-site work run in parallel, with weekly photo updates from our supervisor.

Styling & handover

Snag list closed, styling installed, warranty and care notes handed to you with the keys.
